What their research uncovered was that keywords in titles, domain authority, inbound anchor text and linking domain authority are the most important factors when it comes to optimizing for local search.
The graph below illustrates that on-page and link signals grabbed 20% of the vote while almost 15% of marketers valued categories, keywords in business title and proximity to be the most important.
